Senior Executive Administrator
Dr. David Jackson is the founder and co-developer of our organization. He is also founder and Senior Pastor of the First Baptist Church North Jacksonville. He has been a visionary for education for the past twenty-five years. The organization was developed six years ago. His dedication to his faith and to education is a strength that we all benefit from. He has taught in the public sector. He has developed private schools, set-up virtual school classrooms, developed educational curriculum for early childhood development and K-12. He has also founded and developed:
  • The Center for Education at First Baptist Church North Jacksonville,
  • The Adult Literacy Institute
  • The Community Career Institute in partnership with WorkForce of The State of Florida
  • The Community Health Institute in partnership with local health providers and businesses.
He has authored and developed numerous technology strategies over the past 16 years which includes the following website publications:

 In addition, he is a nationally renowned speaker, conference leader and innovator for positive change in education.

Executive Administrator
Professor Jessica C. Jackson is co-founder of our organization. She is a professor of English at two of the country's leading institutions of higher learning. She has also served as:
  • Department Chair
  • Associate Dean
  • The Committee for Continued College Prep Development
  • The Community Board of Education 
She is a premier College Prep educator in America having developed and implemented the program some 30 years ago. This program is the model by which all other similar programs are measured.The curriculum for this program focuses on basic skills development in the areas of Reading and Writing. The goal is to enable the learner to become proficient in these areas thereby ensuring successful completion of their academic requirements at the collegiate level of study. She continues to be an innovator and forward thinker who is compassionate about education.
